This equipment is used to join a single strip fabric into a collar. Four processes can be selected for production according to requirements. It only needs to loaded a stack of fabric manually, and followed by automatic picking, feeding, sewing and stacking. No any other manually operation needed while the production proceeding except loading, which is fully automated production, saving labor and improving the quality of product.

This machine, which apply self-correcting device, folding device, reconnection device and size adjustment device, can automatically complete a series of different process including folding, sewing, cutting and stacking. The operator only need to put the fabric in the right place and start it, which greatly reduce the requirement of skilled worker. This machine can automatic align the collar edge and positions the collar seam, and then automatically attach the collar onto the shirt, in which the position and the puckers can be digitally adjusted.
