This equipment is a fully automatic device used for forming seamless elastic waistbands into rings andautomatically reinforcing a bonding strip at the welding position of the elastic waistband. It realizesfully automatic operation of automatic feeding, welding, gluing, and material collection without manualintervention. It improves efficiency by combining processes while enhancing product quality.

This equipment is used to join a single strip fabric into a collar. Four processes can be selected for production according to requirements. It only needs to loaded a stack of fabric manually, and followed by automatic picking, feeding, sewing and stacking. No any other manually operation needed while the production proceeding except loading, which is fully automated production, saving labor and improving the quality of product.

This machine can automatic align the collar edge and positions the collar seam, and then automatically attach the collar onto the shirt, in which the position and the puckers can be digitally adjusted.
